Parmesan Garlic Asparagus

Ingredients:

Asparagus

Garlic cloves

Parmesan cheese

 

How to Make:

-Cut off bottom of asparagus stems and place in a pan with a lid

-Chop up 2-3 garlic cloves and sprinkle on aspargus

-Cook on medium heat with lid on pan until aspargus starts to turn brownish and crispy.  (Move aspargus around while cooking a few times by shimmying the pan).

-When done, place asparagus on plate and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
