Chicken, Arthichokes, and Roasted Red Peppers

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast

Roasted Red Peppers (jarred)

Artichoke Hearts (jarred)

Cream Cheese

 

How to Make:

Cut up chicken breasts into one inch cubes and saute in some olive oil.  Cut up the artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers into one inch size pieces.  Add to the saute pan to heat up.

Put about a third of the veggies from the pan into a food processor.  Add back to the pan and mix well.

Add about 1/3 of a brick of cream cheese to the pan and mix in well.  Serve!
