May 27, 2005 | 186 pounds     December 13, 2009 | 136 pounds

May 27, 2005 was my breaking point.  I normally wear high heel shoes.  This day, I wore tennis shoes and tried to walk around the zoo with my family.  I say tried because it was SO difficult!  That was it…I was fed up with being fat and out of shape!  I joined weight watchers and took off the first 20 pounds.  Then I spent the next few years stuck at that weight until I got serious before my wedding.  Managed to get down to 146 pounds by wedding day.  Right after the wedding, I wasn’t disciplined anymore and put 19 pounds back on!!! 

July of 2009 – had to walk around the mall with my family in tennis shoes again…another breaking point!  It was SO hard!  Thus, the new drive to lose weight!  This time, the weight is staying off!

December 12, 2009 – reached the 50 pound weight loss mark!  What a moment to see 136 on the scale!  It took so long, so much discipline, so much patience, so many tears, and when I saw 136, I finally had some happy tears!

November 19, 2010 – I shrunk all the way down to 115 pounds! 

September 7, 2011 – I got addicted to sugar and put on 20 pounds.  My new goal is to get a toned body with muscle.
