40 Days to FIT!!! Day 4

Walked dogs at park and around neighborhood.  Did some random workouts during the awful Steelers game and sprints down and up back yard.  Day 4 – COMPLETE

Body definitely is needing FOOD!  Protein shakes are helping my muscles heal up.

Realized I really need to stay off the scale every day.  Need to just get on it once a week to check weekly progress.  Trying to build muscle and eat for building muscle can be so difficult to deal with on the scale.
