New Strength

Finishing up Owen McKibbin’s 2 week Tweak exercise plan.  My first attempt at following a weight lifting regime.  The first few days were pure hell!  I could barely move I was so sore.  Needed to take a day to recuperate.  I’m finishing up the regime and can completely feel the difference in strength in just 2 weeks! 

It is so nice to walk around and FEEL my body without having to touch it… To have stability in my movements…  To have the increased strength and not worry about injuring myself doing routine things as opening jars! 

Weight lifting is worth every moment of pain I must feel to create a strong body!
